Shipping policy

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. Most pieces are made to order, and we appreciate your patience while we process your pieces. For domestic packages, we ship USPS first class (4-7 business days from shipping date) or USPS priority (2 business days from shipping date). International orders may take longer to arrive if your package is held up in customs.

If you live in Milwaukee, in-store pick up can be arranged by using Local Pick Up at the CIVAL Store at checkout. We will notify you when the piece is ready for pick up.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise through the shipping process unless additional shipping insurance has been purchased by the buyer. Please contact us for rates.
